1)
First update your video player. Most of the video problems are fixed when the
customer updates his/her video player.

If
you are using Windows Media Player 9 and are having problems viewing the videos, try this free patch as a fix.
2)
Dial up connections are going to take a while to view the videos.
Though I have tons of photos inside the site, it was built with high speed
connections in mind. If you video is too slow or choppy, please Right Click on the
video, and "save target as" to you desktop. Once downloaded, you should be able
to view it fine.
3)
I recommend using Internet Explorer over Netscape or any other browser when viewing
this site. I have had many people tell me they have problems with Netscape &
AOL, but it works fine on Internet Explorer.
4)
Turn off any file sharing programs like Kazaa or other similar programs. You also
may want to try turning off your Firewall if you have one.
